A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction Consumers have the right to cancel a contract under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal You have the right to cancel this contract within 60 days without providing any reason.

The cancellation period is 60 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
