All packages are sent with DHL. Free shipping:

  • We offer free shipping for orders over €100 in Germany.
  • We offer free shipping for orders over €150 in the European Union.
  • We offer free shipping for orders over €200 for Great Britain, Nothern Ireland and Switzerland.

All of our products are shipped to you from Germany via a secure, tracked shipping method.

Once an order is placed, the processing of the order takes 1-2 working days. After dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking link. Delivery times are estimated and may vary.

Import and custom fees:

  • No customs duties are charged for orders within the European Union.
  • Outside the European Union: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. HOCA Clothing is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

If your order incurs duties and taxes and you refuse to pay, the charges will be deducted from any refunds made.

Late or lost orders:

When placing your order, please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address as HOCA Clothing takes no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address or have been requested to be left with a neighbour or outbuilding. 

Any order discrepancies relating to missing and/or lost items must be reported to us in writing via email at support@hocaclothing.com within 14 working days from the dispatch date.
